MBA Adjustable UL-Listed Metal Back Box

The MBA is a versatile, UL-listed adjustable metal back box for installations where stud spacing is non-standard, framing members are tighter than 16 in on center, or metal studs and suspended ceilings are in play. Each enclosure ships unassembled so installers can configure it on-site for the exact application.

  • 1.1 mm thick metal construction, UL listed

  • Adjustable width from 9-3/4 in to 14-1/2 in

  • Ships unassembled for site-built configuration

  • Includes screws, Dynamat adhesive insulation, and 3/4 in x 1-1/2 in metal mounting angles

  • Knockouts for 1/2 in and 3/4 in conduit

  • Three sizes covering LineaRadiance and LineaResponse speakers

The MBA is the most flexible Stealth back box, ideal for retrofits and commercial installs with unpredictable framing.
